About Alex Goodwin
Before founding MIL SPEC COMMERCIAL SERVICES, Alex Goodwin spent 6.5 years as Lead Technician for Charter Foods, one the largest Taco Bell, KFC, Long John Silver and Pizza Hut franchises in the country.
Alex was directly responsible for 40 restaurant locations, 3 other technicians, and numerous vendors, as well as all cooking equipment repairs and replacements. Equipment serviced included pressure fryers, open fryers, cheese melters, hot and cold food holding equipment, hot wells and cold wells.
Certified, bonded and insured, Alex is also factory-trained for Star, Blodgett, Pitco, Henny Penny, Charter Hoffman, Hobart and Bunn. Alex can service all major brands and off-label brands as well.
Alex's experience with building, plumbing and electrical repairs is just as broad and diverse as his kitchen equipment knowledge. Making sure all hand-wash and dish sinks are temping properly to adhere to health department regulations, servicing floor drains, sinks, urinals, toilets, doors and locks, drive-thru windows and restaurant furniture ... Alex has done it all!
